Return & Exchange Policy – At Inti
At Inti, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1.Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.The same applies for both return and exchange
Eligibility:
- Inti accepts exchange/return for store credit of item(s) within 5 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags. If there is any damage during delivery or missing/wrong product(s) you need to mail us the video of package opening for claims. Mail it to intifashionscc@gmail.com or share in insta DM
Non-Returnable Items:
- All items purchased during a sale, with a promotional discount or at discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Additionally, customized, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds & Store Credits:
- Refunds are issued as store credit only and will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return/exchange item.
- Store credit will be added to your account after a 12% deduction from the total value of the returned or exchanged items. This amount covers pickup and re-shipping charges.

The issued store credit remains valid for 2 months from the date of issuance and may be redeemed against any future order. The credit will expire upon completion of the 2-month period.
- Please note, we do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, or credit/debit card reversals.
Duties & Taxes:
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your account and raise a return/exchange request under the Orders section on our website (www.intifashions.com) within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Products will not be eligible for return or exchange without submitting a return request
- Your request will be reviewed by our team and approved or rejected based on eligibility. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged for the product.
- After we’ve inspected the returned item, we’ll process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
3. Cancellation or Changes in order
- Order cancellations are not permitted once the purchase has been confirmed.
- If you wish to make any changes to your order, please inform us through email(intifashionscc@gmail.com) or Instagram DM within 12 hours of placing it.
4. Shipping & Dispatch
- Enjoy fast shipping! We dispatch most orders within 2-3 business day, and you can expect your package to arrive in 2-10 business days depending on your location.
- Due to the new tax regime policies in several countries, many shipments are experiencing delays at origin clearance.

Clearance fee: Customers may be required to pay a customs clearance/duty fee as per their local government policies before the order can be delivered.
5. Additional Notes
- If a returned item does not pass our quality check, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.
- The above policy is limited to domestic shipping within India. International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return and exchange policies apply only to online orders. Offline purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Inti is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
- Please note that we cannot fulfill any requests for customization or size alterations.
